Big-O IT Services

High Speed Internet

Imagine waiting hours to upload a file, or struggling to have a video call because your connection is just too slow! Wait, that sounds all too familiar for Australian businesses.

We can't wait to help you with you reach peak performance with a high speed Internet connection.

Commercial Grade NBN

NBN offers business grade symmetrical internet services, starting from 10/10 speed up to 1000/1000 these services are ideal for scenarios where there is a requirement for download and upload speed and alternate solutions are not available. For TC2 connections there is a CIR (Committed Information Rate) provided by NBN to ensure that speeds are consistent.

Standard NBN

TC4 services are standard NBN connections, using a corporate provider we can ensure that the uptime for our services is as high as possible, we currently offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee through our upstream provider. Speeds available are 25/5, 25/10, 50/20, 100/40. Additional faster speeds will be available soon.

eSLA

Enhanced SLA’s are available for organisations that require more proactive support solutions from NBN. Currently we support Enhanced-12 eSLA which provides 24/7 reporting of issues and a maximum 12hour rectification time*.

*12hour rectification time is provided by the upstream provider, for any occurrence when eSLA conditions are not met we will evaluate a resolution on a case by case basis.

Fibre 400 / Fibre 1000 / Fast Fibre

We offer Fibre services direct to the building, for customers who require high speed data services, our Fibre 400 and Fibre 1000 services provide 400/400 & 1000/1000 connection speeds and are ideal for offices that are serving a large number of users. Bandwidth can be split to Azure & AWS for direct links to these cloud providers &/or additional SIP services for phone systems.

BGP

Using BGP routing we can setup a redundant connection that will maintain the same IP address even if the primary connection fails, as the IP will remain the same in most cases services will barely experience any disruption and will continue to function without issue. This service is currently available for NBN & Fibre services, we are hoping to be able to bring it to mobile data services in the near future, stay tuned.
